NKem Derick is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of NDA Agro Group Limited. Raised in Cameroon's agricultural heartland, he developed a deep-rooted passion for farming and a sharp understanding of the challenges facing local food systems from a very young age.
His entrepreneurial journey began with small-scale poultry operations, where he mastered modern husbandry techniques, disease prevention protocols, and optimised feed programmes — skills that became the technical foundation of NDA Agro's poultry division. Recognising the opportunity to build something larger, he expanded the enterprise into cattle rearing and staple crop cultivation, creating an integrated agricultural model that controls quality at every stage of the supply chain.
Under his leadership, NDA Agro Group Limited has grown into one of Cameroon's most respected agricultural enterprises, supplying quality eggs, broiler chickens, beef, dairy, and crops to households and markets across Central Africa. NKem's philosophy centres on three pillars: uncompromising product quality, sustainable land stewardship, and genuine investment in the communities surrounding the farms.
How We Grew
